Loosen all straps before putting the harness on. Adjust the two shoulder straps and two belly straps evenly so the Y‑shaped chest plate sits in the middle of the dog’s chest and there is enough room to slip two fingers under the straps. The harness should be snug but not restrictive and should not twist when the dog moves.
Yes. Attach the leash to the chest D‑ring to redirect your dog back toward you when it pulls, then reward calm walking. For regular walks, you can use the back V‑ring for a standard leash attachment.
